The Wots Up iCAN Football League is run in partnership with Suffolk FA and Ipswich Town Football Club. It is a PAN Disability Football League for players aged 16+. The League is split into 3 divisions – Premiership, Championship and Non-League so that we can cater for every ability level. We currently have 22 teams from across Suffolk and Essex involved and it is open to both men and women.

The format of the league is 7 vs 7 and the match length varies between the divisions. We have qualified referees at every event.

The league is also FREE to join.

We host our League tournaments every 6 weeks at Inspire Suffolk (Ipswich) and then the End of Season festival at Playford Road (Ipswich Town Football Club training ground).

The league is growing every season and it is a brilliant way of staying active, making new friends and socialising. We are always looking for new players and teams to join.
