3Pillars Project works within the criminal justice system to provide positive role models through rugby coaching courses.
Using excellence in sport and military leadership, we focus on the three pillars of exercise, education and ethos as a foundation for effective rehabilitation. During our six-week rugby courses in prisons and young offender institutions (YOIs), we work with offenders to improve mental wellbeing and self-esteem and equip them with valuable life skills such as team working, discipline and goal setting.
Our courses are delivered by former military, ex-offenders and trained youth workers, selected for their ability to provide strong role models to course participants.
