Hull FC Community Foundation
Engaging, Educating and Inspiring through Rugby League

Hull FC are one of the most proactive organisations in the city when it comes to their work in the community and this is something we are keen to enhance, develop and expand even further.

The Hull FC Community Foundation is the official charity of Hull FC and delivers a range of projects under the four key principles - Participation, Education, Health and Social Inclusion.

Sport and Rugby League has the unique ability to raise spirits and unite different ages, sexes, ethnicities and socio-economic groups in a shared passion and the Hull FC Foundation looks to improve the lives of over 40,000 people every single year.

As a registered charity, the Hull FC Foundation ensures that the club’s fantastic work in the local communities is further enhanced through local strategic partnerships within the public, private and voluntary sector.

Whilst the Foundation delivers many projects aside from just rugby league, they continue to be one of the leading deliverers of the Rugby Football League’s SKYTry initiative, in partnership with the sport’s main broadcast partner, Sky Sports.

They also work closely with the club to drive participation and engagement in the sport, helping to nurture players and fans of the future and help drive the club’s hugely popular community ticketing and rewards scheme, known as Fanbassadors.

Regular match day festivals and events are also held on game days, as well as through the week, working closely with Hull and District Rugby League and associated clubs.

Schools and colleges work closely with the Hull FC Foundation too, with strong links with Bishop Burton College, St Mary’s College and the Boulevard Academy.
