English Cricket Association for the Deaf
Deaf and hearing-impaired cricket is for anyone with a hearing impairment

English Cricket Association for the Deaf (ECAD) is a charity whose aims include the promotion of community participation and healthy recreation. In particular, the charity focuses on the provision of facilities for the playing and the development of Deaf Cricket for the benefit of persons who have need of such facilities due to a hearing disability.

Anyone who requires at least one hearing aid, or more, can play Deaf Cricket. There is a pathway from county and regional Deaf Cricket up to international level. However to play internationally, players’ hearing loss would need to be at least 55dBs average loss in their better ear.
