Cardiff City FC Community Foundation is the official charity of Cardiff City Football Club. We use the unique appeal of Cardiff City FC to help children, young people and families across South Wales achieve their full potential.

We want a future where our communities are more prosperous, healthier, more resilient and more cohesive; a future where children, young people and families can achieve their full potential regardless of inequalities.

We are Cardiff City FC Community Foundation from Cardiff City FC Foundation on Vimeo.

We have three main outcomes:

1 Creating opportunities for people to live healthier, more active lives.

2 Improve education and employment opportunities.

3 Reduce levels of offending and re-offending.
